Historical Exhibition Player "Age" Bug

I've just found something weird out of this mode. I ran a Historical Exhibition series between the 1992 Toronto Blue Jays and the 1993 Toronto Blue Jays. When presented with the roster selection screen, the "Age" column shown strange values I don't know how to interpret.



Is the "Age" column meant to represent the age of the players calculating it from a certain year which causes the bug?

Is the column mean to represent other thing not the age (maybe years pro, years at the club,...)?
