FACEGEN is not working in my game

Okay. I installed the game properly. I installed the updates properly. The game seems to work absolutely fine, with one exception : no facegen pics of ANY player, not even of me, as coach or GM.

I have facegen checked on, but nothing. I have no issues with facegen on any of the OOTP Baseball games, even the latest version, so is this possibly just an issue with FHM2 ?

At first, all I got was a blank player image with the team logo behind him. I noodled a bit and then got that 'shadowy' generic player pic. I noodled some more, and now I get those 'cartoonish' generic player and goalie pics (from FHM), but those only appear on certain players, not on everyone. And they are not in team colors, either.

But still I cannot get any facegen pics to appear. No matter what I try. I was really looking forward to seeing the facegen players with their team color uniforms on, but it is just not happening.

I know others on here have posted about this, but is there something that can be done ? Are there certain settings to use ? Why would the Baseball facegen work perfectly, but not in FHM2 ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what exactly is going on here, but I'll enter this as a bug report and route it to Andreas and Jorin, who handle the facegen stuff for us. They may need to get in touch with you for more details about your system and graphics settings.

Please make sure that you have the latest versions of your graphic card drivers installed. That's almost always the problem.
If that didn't change anything, please post details about your computer OS/version and graphic card type.
Open the game settings dialog, troubleshooting tab, click on "enable debug trace mode". Restart the game, try to create a player picture, then open the game settings dialog, troubleshooting tab and click on open trace file. Send us the content of the file.
