Mac OS Question
Hey guys, I have a few questions in regards to the Mac version of this game.
I have gotten the game directly from this site - so the esellerate version, and not the Apple store version, nor steam. Just to be clear. So I have two questions: 1.) Why is the default location differ from that of OOTP (current version and previous) and FHM 2014? 2.) I am curious why I don't have the data folder, from users on windows where the place custom icons and backgrounds and such, in the skins folder, which is located in the data folder... I don't have any such folders. Curious if I have an improper downloaded version, or if this is different on Mac? Thanks in advance!

Andreas from OOTP did the path stuff on Windows and Mac, if it is different then in OOTP, he must say why.
![]() Anyway, the easiest way to find the data stuff on a Mac is the same as on a Windows machine. Start FHM 2 -> Preferences -> Troubleshooting -> Open customizable data folder. There you have the saves, quickstarts (for e.g. logos), skin and so on.

Data folder
From what I can tell, the folder you show in your supersized image IS the data folder. Inside that you have things like the saved_games folder, which contains each of your leagues and the graphics folder for each league (wherein the area backgrounds, logos, and jerseys files are found). Is that what you mean?

Thanks, but no that is not what I mean... Here is an example where to put custom award icons on Windows: " C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2\data\skins\default\awards " Inside my FHM2 folder I don't have a data folder, nor skins or anything that would take me to that path...

I got you wrong the first time, thought you would ask for the graphics folder as well.
Regarding the skin folder, I talked to Andreas and he explained that it is inside the App-Folder, which should be the same as in OOTP (at least regarding Andreas, he did it for both leagues). With the player-icons and trophy pic, in FHM 2 they are part of the skin but that makes not much sense because in theory, we need them on league-level and not just once. So here is the plan: after the NHL roster update tomorrow we will take both graphics out of the skin and make them available the same as player pics, logos, etc. In addition, we make the actual ones the default ones and add the functionality to use league-specific graphics. This will be available with the following (content-)update. Does that sound ok? Quote:
