Wrong uniforms

I have a league that has played now for 10 seasons. Starting at about year 8, it seems that whenever a player changes teams (trades, FA signings, even becoming an FA) that the uniforms no longer change. Basically all players seem to be stuck in the uniforms they wore 2 seasons prior.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, and you were able to correct it? Given that, would you be able to help me correct this so that all my players are wearing the uniforms of the team for which they currently play?

Incidentally, to my knowledge I have not altered any settings.

If you look in the player pictures section of your settings page, what does it look like? Could you post a screenshot?

You need to set the player pictures to load on demand, not upon player creation.
