Hall of Fame Voting....

Ok. trying something new now that everything is running great.

Manual Hall of Fame voting.

I have 10 ballots. Am I the only one voting or does other 'towns' have beat writers voting as well? Reason I ask is I voted for 2 players and they both went in with 100% of the vote. Was I the only one voting?

I am playing Commissioner Mode, GMing all teams....

Can someone explain how manual HOF voting works?

I always take myself out of CM when i vote. I think Matt said that you dont have to. As long as you have disable manual induction, players you vote for may not always go in, I think. i am still unsure also.

There's 2 flags in the settings that affect this:
-if you have manual voting enabled, then you get to vote. Then the second flag determines whether your votes will get combined with AI votes, or whether your votes will be the only one counted.

As for how much your votes count, I'll say it's more than 1/30 or however many teams there are in your league, but it's not enough to get a really crappy player elected.

Matt, while we're on the subject, can you look at the effect of Grey Ink? I haven't done a full test yet but in the leagues I've had HoF on for so far, I feel like folks who were strong on Grey Ink but not dominant OR with top career stats are getting more votes than they should. Could just be my bias, but something I thought I'd toss your way.
