Drafted players returning to next years draft

In my season the Dodgers draft and sign Kyle funkhouser. What I want is to
release him(in commish mode) and have him enter next years draft class.
Is this possible? if so, does anyone know how to do it?

No, if he is released he is a free agent. He can't re-enter the draft.
