OOTP 16 crashes after winning world series..all data lost?

Is there anyway to go "back in time"?

I won the World Series as the Mets (hard enough). Anyway, the game crashes and I thought I would be OK because it's on auto save every week. I re-load game and it's game 3 of the world series, I simulate, and of course lose.

After putting in a ton of time into the seasons, this feels wrong. Anything I can do here?

Ah!

Not really. It has happened to me. I recommend you set the game to save daily in any future playoffs.
