Re-Importing Weather Text File

I set up a fictional league. If I re-import the weather text file is seems to set up the weather correct for the cities. However, what happens if the city isn't listed in the weather file? What is used as a default for the weather data?

It will use values of the last entry in the weather file which is Madrid if you haven't edited the file.
