Deleting a file

I have tried for hours to remove a file but the delete icon stays grey. What do I need to do to remove this league so I can start over and free up some space? Thank you.

You can start over just name the file something different. Then after you have setup restart OOTP and you will be able to delete the other league file.

You cannot delete the current league. Load a different league, and you will be able to delete it. If it is the only remaining league, you will have to start a new league and load it before you can remove the old one.
