Viewing league reports online

I am not new to the game but I figured this question would fit better in this section. I am just wondering if anybody knows of of an easy way to view my league reports online so I can view them at work. I mainly just want to scout other teams players, check up on what's going on around the league, and see how my minor league teams are doing. That way I can focus more on playing my games out at home. Does anyone know of an easy way to do that? Or is there an easy way to get all of that information on a excel sheet? Lol hopefully I am making sense on what I am trying to say.

If you have a website you can set your league as an online league and export/upload the league reports.
