Schedule Tech Support Help?

Hey folks,

I've run into a problem in a league I created. I am getting the dreaded "illegal number of players on the roster," but I think I have narrowed it down to a schedule issue.

I am using this schedule:

ILY_BGN_G162_SL1D1T6D2T6SL2D1T6D2T6_C_T24-D84-N42-I36-S1.lsdl

However, in the second season, I have run into a situation where Detroit is getting the error above. OOTP says the active roster has 35/40 players, but until I drop them below 25 players, it won't let me proceed, and then it gives me the message for another team.

I think the problem is that the playoffs are scheduled to start today, but for some reason, even though Detroit didn't make the playoffs, they are scheduled to play. So, they don't have a playoff roster, and it's all fubared.

When I look at the contents of the schedule file, I noticed that it has playoff games listed at the end of the schedule, like this:

<GAME day="187" time="1905" away="9" home="10" type="3" />
<GAME day="187" time="1905" away="4" home="5" type="3" />

Anyway, I'm not super strong with my schedule files, but I am wondering, should I just take the playoff games out of the schedule file, and let OOTP generate the playoff games on its own?

Luckily, as I set up this league, I was sort of expecting some problems, so it's no loss to me at all to restart this league and sim through it again.

Hrm, even without those playoff games in there, I'm still running into the problem. Sigh.
