PK Problems

I'm running a third season in the same save for the first time and I've noticed a steep decline in my PK abilities each year. I was wondering how you guys with more experience set up your pk, play style and personnel types, so that I can start learning to adjust and improve.

My PK in my Finish League game is pretty amazing (defense in general) and I jut make sure I put my beat defensive mentality and althletic defensive players on the lines. Also play them at 50% each, unless one line is significantly better then 60%/40%
