Same Settings For All Leagues?
Is there a way to have the settings of one league: financials, rules, stats & ai, etc. be used for all other leagues or do I need to manually change them for each league?

You would have to manually change the. You can select historical financials etc and use that same year for each league but there is no apply to all leagues option.
If all leagues are the same year then they could all use the same finances, etc.
