Logo Request

Hey OOTP Community,

I've been playing OOTP for a few years and browse the forums from time to time. I just created a username and this is my first post. I recently took over coaching lacrosse at a local high school. Currently we have no feeder program so all of the players that come out to play have no prior experience and only play while in season, which is why I'm planning on creating a new feeder team and need help with creating a logo.

Our high school team is the Mooresville Blue Devils but the feeder is going to be the MO Lax Jays. I wanted to keep the primary color lue with the secondary grey. A logo I like is this Toronto Blue Jays one:

But the baseball and bat make it unusable, as well as copyright laws. I'd like a similar logo but don't know where to start. Any help would be very much appreciated.
