No answer for this?

I've asked this in a couple of places, but nobody seems to answer this for me.

All of my states are Michigan. I have a team in Las Vegas, I do a search and it brings up 4 Las Vegas, Michigan.

Is there nothing that can be done about this. I know it's super minor, but I just don't understand why I can't find the correct states.

I remember this happened after a patch back in 12 I believe.

I have never seen such a thing, but you could try re-importing the world database.

I'm not 100% sure I understand what you're asking, but if I'm reading it right, when you go into Team options, you can type the city name on the left somewhere there (I don't have the game in front of me so I can't give precise directions), and when you do that the area directly below it should become a drop down menu that will let you pick from any Las Vegas in the game, so you'd just choose the one in Nevada. I have a team in Las Vegas in the fictional league I'm creating and it defaulted to Nevada, but when I had a team with the first name Georgia, it put it in Georgia, OH, and I needed to use that area to relocate them to the state of Georgia.

I am in team settings. Down below NATION, it reads "City Search (ENTER)". My team is located in Las Vegas Nevada. When put in Las Vegas in the city search it comes up in the drop down menu for "Select Exact City" with these : 1) Las Vegas, Michigan 2) Las Vegas, Michigan 3) North Las Vegas, Michigan

It's doing this for every team in my game. If I have a team in New York, it comes back with 1) New York, Michigan 2) New York Mills, Michigan 3) New York Mills, Michigan 4) North New York, Michigan

Why will it not find Las Vegas, Nevada and any city I type has Michigan as the only state I can choose?

the cities listed are correct, it's the States that are wrong. When I search for Las Vegas I get 3 cities listed in this order

Las Vegas Nevada
Las Vegas, New Mexico,
North Las Vegas, Nevada

My guess is you have a corrupt file, is this a league converted from ootp15? Or one you just created?

Ah, good call. If that doesn't work it could be some weird bug that you have, cdidman. In that case you'd want to report it as a bug, but I suspect Painmantle's onto something.

Even when I change this it doesn't change anything. Like I changed the region to Nevada, went back to my Las Vegas team, did the city search again, still Las Vegas Michigan.

I edited that because I created a league with a region and it didn't limit my search to within that region.
