Faces on OOTP

I posted a thread a little bit ago and It did answer my question on how to get faces. I really don't like the faces and like the default faces (silver/grey) better. How do I get those back? Or as an alternative how do you get the faces correct? For example Pablo Sandoval is white and has a cheesy beard. Please help!!!

Sounds like you switched on facegens, but still need to download and install the All-in-One. It's in the Add-ons Central, right it in the start menu. It has all the right facegens and jerseys and logos.

Thank you but is there a way to get the face back to normal? The silver no face outline? Thanks!
