sprague All Star Starter Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 1,949	Int league modifiers Took a peek at the new international leagues. Great work on the research guys. One small possible problem. That is in the player creation modifiers for most of the leagues (not Japan or Cuba) but the others. The smaller leagues all have 1.000 listed for their pcm which would mean if someone was using a draft option those lower leagues would be drafting Mlb equivalent players instead on ones at say .700 which might be more realistic. Just passing the observation on.
