Show that team file isn't uploaded.

Hey, I'm not perfect so I need help.

Sometimes I forget to upload my team file for our online league. I only save it.

It'd be super awesome if you could provide some kind of way to let me know I have made changes but I haven't uploaded the file.

I would highly suggest keeping a log or something. This is what I use. I black out days with no sims and put an x in the block for if the sim happened, then if i downloaded it, then once I export. It's super helpful.
