Online League Server

Trying to access online league through the OOTP 13 game. When I try to log-in to access the server to search for leagues .... I cannot remember my username and PW.

However, when I put in my email and have the game email me the information, no email comes to my address...

Any1 got any suggestions for recovering this information?

Would you not get this from the Commish?

No, because I am not in a league yet, but would like to join one.

This is the button in bottom left of screen when opening OOTP game.

Sorry but I don't remember anything about how that worked in v13. I can't remember last week.
