How do I play on 2 devices?
I have an iPhone 5S and an iPad and downloaded the app on both but I can't continue my season between the 2 devices. Am I doing something wrong?

MLB Manager 2015 is the game. Please help.

You can't. Both devices only keep game you are playing on them separately.
