Help with a team name

Hello all

I'm currently looking for ideas for a team name. It would be for the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area in Canada, which is three large cities that thanks to time and success are merging into one. What I'm having a hard time with is what a team from there should be named that would reflect on the whole area, instead of just one city.

Some ideas that I've though of so far:

The Euros (Cambridge and Waterloo are named after european cities, Kitchener was once named Berlin)
The Triplets/triples (Three cities and what not. It works for Minneapolis/St. Paul)
The Techies (Waterloo is well known for being a technical hub in Canada)
The Deustchlanders (or something else that refers to the German heritage of the area)
The Amish (a lot of Amish live north of the city
The Grands (or something relating to the Grand River which runs through all three cities)
The Warriors or The Golden Hawks (to steal a name from the local college teams)

or something else entirely. I'm also debating what to go with for the combined metropolis name as currently they're still separate. Perhaps KWC?

Any advice is most welcome.
