Winter League roster questions

Anybody know the roster limitations for each of the four leagues and possibly the lower four leagues?

I believe it's 30 players per team, that's what it usually is in RL anyway in the Puerto Rican and Dominican leagues....not sure about the Arizona Fall League though.
