Historical league moving into the future, draft pool WAY too small

I put this in the bug thread, but I'm not sure if it is a bug or if I screwed up a setting some place. I started a historical league in 1985, everything worked great until 2013, when there were only 20 players in the draft pool (historical players), and that was it. In 2014 and 2015 there were less than 50 players (fictional)in the draft. I've never had this problem in the past when a league made the switch from historical to future.

How do I fix this? I have vague memories in previous editions where there is a setting for number of rounds and a separate setting for creating players for X number of rounds, so you could have a 10 round draft and the game would create players for 15 rounds of drafts every year. I can't find that setting in OOTP15, just one for how many rounds I want (10).

That Generate Players for X Rounds isn't in my settings. I have Amateur Draft Number of Rounds and then it goes to Amateur Draft Pool Reveal Date.

edit - Other differences between my screen and yours is that directly after Enable Amateur Draft (Can only be changed, etc) I have a little box that could be checked that says, "Use pre-defined draft value for AI" I don't have that box checked. And I have the Enable Advanced Draftee Signing box checked.

He appears to be on an earlier version. Do you have import historical rookies still checked? it's under the Historical section. if you do that would be why you have no players coming into the draft.

Yes, that was still checked! I've never had to uncheck that by hand before. Unchecking that and now in the rules section it has a Generate Players for X Rounds section. Thanks!

i had the same problem on an earlier version of my EBL vs MLB league.

My playoffs seemed to be a bit screwed up the past couple of seasons too (a crapload of wildcard games, and then one season there isn't even a bolded world series winner in the history index). Is there anything I need to do to fix the playoffs by hand?

edit - wasn't too difficult, it had a 5 game wildcard series going on, I just had to move that down to 1 and now the game works great.
