Expanding Minor Leagues and assigning teams

Gents:
I am playing a 2014- expansion game (added two teams in 2014, I manage/GM one of them).
In expansion, I received a minors system, but I have two Short Season A teams, and two Rookie league teams, but only one "high A" (no "regular A").
So in the off-season I added two teams to the SAL league and would like to assign one each to the two 2014 MLB franchises.
I've done everything except....how I I assign them? I can't find anything in league settings or team settings, both in SAL/MLB tabs.
Thanks for any help.

Jeez....does this game come with a template for divorce papers? I don't see my wife much anymore!

AH -- DISREGARD. Got it. Maybe I wasn't in commish mode when I was trying to set the affiliations!
