Why are my flags huge?

Check out the US flag. I don't remember it being this large...I just added QuestDog's name file and added his world_database...everything worked, but now the flags are huge. Any ideas?

Restarted and it's fixed. Weird.

It happens when you reimport the nationality data files. No idea why. Restarting fixes it as you learned.
