Creating New Game - all teams same budget

Greetings Friends.

I am still playing OOTP 14...for now. In the past, I remember checking a box saying that all teams in my fictional league should have the same budget, regardless of market size.

However, I'm starting a new league and have had to start over a couple times because I can't find the setting and apparently the default is for differing budgets for every team.

I looked at the online manual and it is for OOTP 15 and I can't find the setting. Does anybody remember how in OOTP to assign the same budget for every team?

It is on the first page when you run the Inaugural Draft. Scroll down and look to the left....

league Settings finances.

That will only have teams rake in the same amount in media money. It will not set them to all have the same budget.
