scouting reports?

Are scouting reports not in this game? I can't find them.

They're in the "Scouting" tab on the player screens. You need to have scouted the player to a level higher than 'e' for them to be completed, though, so if you're unemployed or looking at a player you've never scouted, they'll be empty.
