Random Screenshots (or WTF!)

With the launch on Steam, I've tried getting back into FHM.

Playing as the Sudbury Wolves, I had a very weird event happen on the 3rd game.

Kevin Raine caught mononucleosis whilst fighting.. This is something that (according to Wikipedia) "can only be contracted through direct contact with an infected person’s saliva, such as through kissing or sharing toothbrushes, cups, etc."

What sort of fight were they having!!!!!!

Can anyone beat this for randomness?
