How repetitive do storylines get?

I have knocked out 30 seasons in the game and I check my team's stories daily. Amazingly, I haven't had any repeating storylines.

I am thinking of checking the general baseball news daily in my league but I am afraid if I do, that it'll eventually damper my enthusiasm for the game because it is more likely that I will see the same storylines and things that happen to my team that I have already seen happen to other teams.

So how often do people see storylines repeat?

And would you recommend just paying attention to my own team?

PS please no spoilers

I play out all my games, so because it takes longer to get through a season, it's a rare occasion in which I see a repeated storyline. It has happened, but the players/teams in question were different. I would imagine that if you only get news from your team, you'd almost never see a storyline for a second time. I think I've seen just two or three relating to my team over the course of six seasons so far.

No, this is not the case. I read all news and two-and-a-half years in my new OOTP 15 league so far, I have seen no repeats of storylines (reactions to injuries are another matter). To be honest, storylines are so infrequent in the game that I cannot see them seeming repetitive even if they do eventually repeat!
