Why am I seeing HS players?

When I have no High School feeder league?

I looked at all my players just to see how International complex players were working and I see a bunch of 15 yr old players!

I have a College feeder league only, and am trying to use the historical import to grab all MLB players at 18 to either get drafted or go to college.

I thought players just appeared and were created (if need be, I have a 35 man roster at college) into the feeder league you have

So now I have a bunch of high school players, who when I delete them...are re-created and a bunch of International players, yet ONE historical player imported from the DB in 1996

Maybe this is an issue since I converted this from a 14 league, is anyone else seeing this?
Is there something I should look at in the league structure next pre season? Maybe I have a HS feeder league option checked somewhere?

Thanks guys

Have always seen 16 to 17 year olds even in past versions and rare far between 15 year olds and that's because they be international players and I find that when they spend the 5 years in that international complex they seem to do pretty darn well which is why I kinda like that as to know or have good chance they make majors NOT a guarantee of course but I like my chances

This is a normal part of baseball. It is not unusual for players in the Dominican Republic and such to be signed that young. They are not subject to the same draft restrictions as players based in US/Canada/Puerto Rico.

No,the international guys are ok

It's the American High School kids that I am taken aback by...apparently there is a High School league even though I don't have one
