Using 3D stadiums? ?

This is the first year I have bought and played this game. I am amazed at how awesome it is. Kudos to everyone who puts this together. My question is how do I use 3d stadiums? I downloaded the "all in one" package. I can see the stadium files on my pc...but how do I get them loaded into the game and use them. Right now, every game I play on 3d is just the same generic stadium. Please help, thanks!

That link above will take you to some more 3d parks, the ones included in the AIO are NOT 3d parks, just 2d parks.
