Can someone help me with how to download files on baseballbirthdays site

I am having trouble downloading the files from baseballbirthday site

It is specifically the Topps Vault folders....with the .rar file

Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong

I am trying to download the zip files from the Topps Vault on the Baseball Birthdays site and this is what I get

There is no application set to open the document “HZ1.rar”.

Is there an app for downloading this type of file?

Winrar or 7-Zip should work.
