Recruiting Volunteer Administrator for OOTPMods.com

In order to provide continuing, high-quality service to the OOTP community, I am in need of a dedicated volunteer who would be willing to take over day-to-day administration of OOTPMods.com. The site has a dedicated server, an established domain, and web hosting, with all costs already covered. The administrator will not be responsible for any costs, billing, or ownership of the site at any time.

Here are the qualifications that are required or preferred:

Availability to devote 0 to 15 minutes per week (during typical, non-peak times) to responding to emails, uploading files, updating the site through a simple front-end interface, and occasionally posting in the mods forums to announce updates. For some periods of time, no updates or maintenance will be needed. Required.
Availability to handle a more intensive time commitment with perhaps 2 to 4 hours per week during the first 2 to 3 weeks of the OOTP Baseball new release period. Required.
Familiarity with open source website admin solutions such as Drupal, Parallels Plesk, and MySQL preferred. Training for the simple admin process can be provided for candidates who are otherwise well-qualified.
Familiarity with dedicated server administration preferred but not required
Excellent attention to detail and good writing and communication skills required
Veteran experience within the OOTP community strongly preferred

The qualified volunteer will receive an email address, an administrator account, and full access to maintain the site. Training, via Skype or your preferred web conferencing solution, will also be provided.
