2014 league- include draftees from 1920-2013

I set up a 2014 league right off the start screen. I want a league that will include in the amateur draft players from 1920-2013.

Acc to Markus what u do is delete all retired players and then they will show up in the draft. I tried this at least 5 times and those players do not show up. If anyone has actually accomplished this feat can u educate me on exactly what u have to do to make it work.

One thing that crosses my mind is it possible that the retired players of 1920-2013 will show up in the 2015 draft. In other words the 2nd draft. I have not gone that far.
