Can you Import Team Colors, etc. to New League?

I am wondering, is there a way to import a team from one saved game to another - just team colors, city, jerseys, etc.? This way, for a brand new game, I don't have to recreate all the teams. I want to use a different format, but start over with the same teams in a new game.

Yes. You can put color codes in the file names for all of your logo files and ballcap logo files so that the game will use your preferred colors.

All you will need to do is set up the team cities and nicknames like you had in your previous league, and as long as the file names are set up properly, OOTP will automatically assign the correct colors when you create a new game. But this only happens when you create a new game. To set them after you've created a game, you'd have to manually find and load the logo files that you want.

If you have full ballcap and jersey images set up, you can also place the ballcaps in the ballcaps folder and the jerseys in your jerseys folder in your OOTP 14 documents directory.

The OOTP 14 manual has sections about all of these topics.

Might be too late for you now, but what I do is create a league with the teams and uniforms, et cetera that I want and then I save it as a Quick Start. Then when I want to use this same setup again, I fire up that Quick Start and everything is as I want it.

I've been doing this with a 32 team New Model Major League Baseball setup that starts in 1946 since OOTP11 and this works quite well for me.
