League All Setup : How to Add Friends as GMs

I've setup my league, and the files are up on my own server, but I don't know how to get my friends set up to manage their teams.

I also don't see it on the "how to" manual, it just says something like, "here's where the file will go your other GMs will need", and that's fine, but what do they do with that file?

I haven't played online in a while, but they should just upload that file into their game.

I think but I'm not 100% sure but there maybe a youtube video also.
