Modifying MLB Scheduled Games Start Times
I am replaying the 2008 MLB schedule. In the schedule editor I modify the scheduled games start times to match actual start time for affected games on a particular day. When I modify a West Coast game time beginning at 12:35pm OOTP 14 reflects the start time as 3:35am ET. What file do I need to change to correct this?

The time in the schedule file is the 24-hour local time at the home ballpark. (For the purposes of this "rule", the Diamondbacks are in the Mountain Time Zone.)
So if you want a 12:35pm start, set it to 1235. If you want 7:10pm, set it to 1910. It appears you were messing with the Boston @ Oakland games on March 25 and 26 and set them to 0035 instead of 1235. Just change the "am" to "pm" in the Edit Schedule screen, you don't need to go through LSDL imports to change only two games. |

I'm actually trying to adjust the 3 Apr 08, Houston vs San Diego, starting time. On that day the game began at 12:35PM Pacific Time. When I change the start time to reflect the actual game time started in Edit Schedule Screen then return to that day's schedule screen it appears as 12:35AM. I tried putting in 1235 as 24-hour time in the Edit Schedule Screen and it defaults to 12:35AM. The Edit Schedule Screen accepts 1:35PM (Pacific) and doesn't default to an AM starting time.

I finally figured it out. To get 12:35 Pacific Time I changed time to 035 which now shows 3:35PM Eastern Time. Thereby the game begins at 12:35PM Pacific.

FWIW....The incorrect game times for that years schedule are because not all of the schedules that are pre time zone implementation have been converted. Those used Eastern time rather than home team time as they do now.
