imported player only have fielding stats unless they are from 2001 season?

I am trying to import players from different seasons into a new league, using the free agent import tool. I have STB 2003 v1.3, and Lahman database 4.5. When I import a player from 2001, I can view all of their stats. When I import a player from any other season, I do not see any batting statistics for the player, only fielding stats. The ratings do not calculate for the players either. Please advise if I am doing something incorrectly.

I am already using the Lahman 4.5 database (files are dated 3-26-02) which I had downloaded from the Baseball Archive website, unless you are referring to a different database. What is the Rev 4.5 DB, and is that the one I should be using?

That is a different database. Its the Lahman 4.5 Database with all the problems and inaccurate information, as well as some things that caused problems with OOTP4/STB2k3 fixed.

You use it the same way as the original, but it works better for OOTP4/STB2k3. It fixes many issues check the README for more details.
