position ratings

I'd like to see players that are in the International Complex or on the reserve roster accumulate experience at a position. As it stands, I believe they develop all their attributes, but they don't get better at a position. This is particularly true for guys in the international complex, who might be quite athletic but totally inept in the field when they come into the minor league system compared to their counterparts in the draft. I don't have strong feelings on how this should work- if they should just get experience at their primary position, or at several positions.

I personally think the experience system for learning new positions needs updating anyway, but assuming Markus has no plans to do that, this would be a good start.
