My wish list

Here are a few things I would like to see in OOTP 15:
GM Contracts: I posted a thread earlier about this. Basically, use a system similar to that in FHM. When you become a GM for a team, you get a contract for a certain number of years. Right now, all that happens is you become the GM of the team, then play with that team until you get fired, or quit the team. I would like to have a feature where you negotiate a contract with the owner of a team for a certain number of years. After the contract is up, you may or may not be offered a new one (depending on how well you have done). If you are offered a new contract, you can once again negotiate the number of years (salary probably won't matter. It would just be a number), or perhaps turn down the contract and become a free agent, and negotiate with other clubs.

Player Communications: This feature exists in FIFA Manager. It gives you the capability to talk to a player on your team. You can tell him things such as "you need to step it up," "you have played well in the past week; good job," "I have to send you to the minors to gain some experience," or "you have to improve your velocity on your fastball, your ability to hit outside pitches, etc etc." What you tell the player will have a direct effect on the player's morale, and performance. If, for example, you tell him he needs to do better right after he just went 3/4, with a HR, then he'll get upset. However, if you tell him he needs to do better if he's in a slump, then he'll be more motivated, and his morale will increase.

Promotion/Relegation: This seems to be on a lot of wish lists. It's probably not gonna happen this year, because the AI will need a complete overhaul. However, I'm just putting it out there, because it is a pretty awesome possibility.

Non-tenders: At the moment, I don't think it's possible for a player eligible for automatic renewal to be non-tendered. (if it is possible, forgive me for being ignorant).

International Competition: Have the world baseball classic in the game. Perhaps take a page from FIFA manager's book, and have the ability to manage a national team if you are good enough. Also, having the option to play a competition similar to the Champions' League would be pretty cool. Basically, have the best team, and perhaps the second best team in each league play in a tournament at the end of the season, in November. This would determine who is truly the "world champion."

Talk to press: Again, another random thought that popped into my head. Have the media interview you every now and again. Your answers could affect fan interest and loyalty, and influence your team's performance. Eg: you criticize your team too much in the media and your team starts to not do as well.

That's pretty much it. I don't think we can expect all of these to appear in OOTP 15, but we might see them all introduced within the next few years.

s.
that would be great, should also go further, the player should then be able to go on Twitter and say what he was told, or that he had a talk with management and fans should lay-off his back, then popularity would be affected, etc,....
