Online League Issue

There is one team in the league whose export is about 100x the size it's supposed to be, and it crashes the league file. If I act as him and export for him, the problem remains, so the problem is not with his game or computer. What's going on here???

Yes, he's a commissioner. He is me.

The file currently is 23.9MB

Here is what I've done:

* deleted the league file and started over from an out of game download(which was uploaded by another commish without reading in my team file).
* tried export before adding image files.
* reinstalled OOTP14
* deleted league file again and retried export.

In all cases the export remains the same at 23MB and if I open up the file in TextWrangler it has thousands of lines of the same short binary sequence (which I can't paste in here).

If someone on the development team wants a copy of the export file for troubleshooting I have dropbox and could put it there and give a link.

Do you have any foriegn leagues or defunct leagues or feeders?
Check your save options, I had a problem with double sized files and my save options were the issue.
When you look in your archive folder, before upload, what is the file size?

Is this the size of your .tar.gz?

What is the size of the other commissioners .tar.gz?

Mine is 31.7 mb. I wonder if somehow the wrong file is being uploaded.

No not the league file. We're talking about my personal team export file:

team_2.ootp in this case.

Team export files are usually about 140Kb, but mine is now 23 MB and it's causing the other GMs to be unable to open up the league (waiting over an hour stuck on 13%) or crashing the game.

The league file (which is the tar.gz file varies a little but is around 60MB. That's been the case for the history of the league (we have all 30 ML teams and full minors so the file tends to be pretty large).

Have you double checked your comish save settings for when you archive? Your league reports save settings?

In your archive folder is team_2 identified properly, is the file type right?

Just brainstorming really, you may have already checked all of this.

Due to a bug in the Cleanup Scouting Database tool that causes team owners to be removed, access to that beta build is no longer being provided until the bug is fixed.
