Contract Negotiating
My player is becoming a FA, and during the season, everytime I accepted "his demands" he said no.
WTF? Explanations? Thanks! |

Could be a bug, but could also be by design. Maybe he wants that x amount, but his agent convinced him to get more. Workaround is to offer an extra couple hundred thousand and/or add a year. |

I forgot if it was in ootp or iootp, but I saw the same thing. I'd negotiate with a player early on and reach an impasse. Then a few weeks later, I would go back to negotiate, and every time I ask him what he wants, he just ups his demands by a bit more. Usually I just wait another few days or a week, then take whatever his demands at that point, add 1M or 1 year, and then give in and accept.
