Has anyone noticed that the top 100 list changes

Based on if scouting is on or off? Shouldn't that not be happening? Or... am I wrong?

Even on the same day? Like I haven't advanced at all, just turn scouting on/off, it makes the list change if it's on Dynamic?

Are you saying that you are getting differences between when scouting is on and when scouting is off? If so, then that is the scouting fog of war.

If you are saying that you get different "dynamic" results after you toggle scouting on/off then I guess BNN is rescouting when you turn it back on and forgetting the original scouted ratings and replacing those with the new report.

I'm not completely understanding what is happening...

Am I understanding you?

I've definitely seen the list change without me doing a thing, when I have it on 'dynamic'. I open the list, take a look, go to another screen, go back to the list... and it's different. Usually not a lot different, but definitely different, and every once in a while someone drops from the top 20 to off the top 100 entirely. And among other things, changing a pitcher's position from SP to MR will also affect his position in lists.

I think it all works as you'd expect on 'annual', but for some reason (and I'm 99% sure that reason is "to make sure the number of pitchers and batters on prospect lists is balanced") the dynamic setting seems to be weirder now than back in the 2006 version of the game.

this is starting to slightly bother me. AI will change its view of a player if he is listed as MR vs SP. i hadn't notice until i was trading for an MR, and i was curious to see if he how bad he would drop handling starting where i was going to use him, and since i was in god mode, i cheated to see (i knew i was doing the trade no matter what), i forgot to change him back to MR after, and AI would no longer do the trade it had agreed to... changing back position to MR, trade was going through... i made the trade with the pitcher as SP (so increased what was agreed on at first).
