Ballpark Seating by Section

I'm working on an OOTP league, and one of the features of the league will be costs for the construction of new stadiums. I'd like these costs to be a reasonable approximation of real-life costs.

It's easy to find the overall construction costs and capacities, and from that I can make a very general cost scale (that is, a 20,000 seat ballpark costs $100 million, a 30,000 seat ballpark costs $200 million, et cetera). But what I'd really like to do is have it broken down by more by seating section. Adding an upper deck section costs more than adding a lower deck section.

Thus I'd love to find some data on the amount of seating by section at at least a few ballparks. (How many fans can sit in the upper deck? In the lower deck? In the bleachers?) This is surprisingly difficult information to find!

Have any of you, in all your web surfing, ever run across information like this?

I did that a few years back for NHL teams for a research paper.
