If u have a 25 man roster eligible for playoffs and then lose 2-3 players during the playoffs is it possible to add players to the playoff roster.

Yes, once you progress to the next round of playoffs. You will be notified that changes can be made.

Yes. As long as the players are playoff roster eligible. You can only make adjustments to the playoff roster in between series.
