Deciding to upgrade or not

Pardon me if this is already in the forum somewhere but after searching I still can't find it. Currently I'm still playing 11 and I'm thinking of upgrading to 14 or even 15 next spring. I would like to know however if a few things have been addressed in the versions since 11. First and primarily, when using the shop around option for players do you still get primarily pitchers offered even when it's a position player you're 'shopping'? Secondly, at some point I recall someone mentioning a graphic ballpark creator to be included in the game, has that ever come about? Do you still get that birth certificate controversy with one player every year that seems to last the entire year no matter how many times the story says it's finally resolved? (or anything like that)

I get position players offered when I shop around. No graphic ballparks yet. Haven't seen the birth-certificate story at all, so I presume that is fixed.

I just upgraded from 11 and yes its very much worth it. The stadiums are not all Philadelphia's like in 11, they look like the real stadiums. You do get position players offered from shops, though I had that in 11 too.

Lots of fun new features including an all time greats feature. Will be an adjustment with the layout but there are lots of little things that are done better now.
