Question about refund

Hi

I have a quick question about a refund. Before I start I am in no way bashing the game at all and in my limited playing time I think it has great potential. I have a Macbook pro with 13" monitor, my issue is that the bottom of the screen is cut off even when I use the full screen option. Because I miss some valuable information I am looking for a refund until this issue gets solved, then I have no problem purchasing the game again.

I have emailed Andreas over a week ago with no reply, and Jeff had messaged me about my issue and had it sent to Sebastian to see if he was able to come up with a fix. To this point I haven't heard anything. I am just looking for information on a next step I can take!

Try running this game in safe mode If there's a mode like that for the mac. If not try contacting apple to see If they can solve this problem.

I'm not a developer/programmer. That being said, I doubt the issue is on apple's side of things. If the base of the graphics coding is OOTP, then something else is going on because I can play OOTP fullscreen and not have an issue, but I also can't play FHM on my Macbook because of this.

I am the same way. I have no problem playing ootp 14 full screen but can't seem to get them to work, and now after updating to OSX Mavericks I can' t play at all! Oh we'll hopefully patience will pay off!

About the screen, the problem reside in the dock if you put it in auto hide ''not sure if it is called like that in english'' you should have full screen. And about the Mavericks update reinstall the game, just dont close the app because it will cause the problem to happen again. Keep the app open until the game get a patch... GG

Auto Hide? I don't have a problem with OOTP 14 and that, why would it be like that for FHM?

Seems odd to have to leave a program open 24/7 for months at a time...

I'm playing on a pc laptop and having the same issues. I tried to find a screen size adjustment, but couldn't... Is there one I missed maybe?
