license release

here is my problem : the game don't run since the last update .69
the screen turns white and nothing else...I also had that white deadly screen at the end of install process

Can I just uninstall the game and re-install the previous version? If so, is there a way to release my license since I have no access to the start-up menu?

can anyone help? can I have some support from the seller somewhere?
