Invalid Database Version

I just updated the game to the latest and when I went to load my league that I previously was running it comes up and says "invalid database version"

it's the same with me aswell, i keep getting the same messages, i even uninstalled, installed, run as administrator, deleted old save files. I think i have tried everything and it freezes on 81 & for historical mods aswell.

can anyone help me out here, it would be greatly appreciated..

version 9 build 40 i think it is (it's the latest one)

That means the game can't be carried over to the next version.
