Basic rookie development question
Really basic... Which minor league should I assign rookies to? I looked at their skill levels and promoted them to double or single A teams. Some of them are doing really well. However, the game says they should be demoted. Almost all of them.
So should I play them strictly in the rookie league? |

Where are these Rookie Leagues?
I see no option to play rookies in A ball or AA.
I have 15 guys in the minors. I am playing with the 1960 season. |
